Project Description

This 5 acre infill project takes open city land and transforms it into retail and restaurant space focusing on high end exterior finishes. 1 standalone retail space, 4 standalone restaurants, and a 7 tenant strip center make a unique addition to Southern Indiana. The buildings pushed to the street side with parking on the interior make this a park and walk destination. Multiple seating plazas for waiting or just meeting with friends along with stamped and colored concrete, unique site furnishings, and a center boulevard make this a prime destination.
