Project Description<\/h3>\n

Land Design & Development, Inc. (LD&D) was contracted by 908 Development Group to provide assistance with the land planning,
\nsurveying, rezoning, civil engineering and landscape architecture for the 105-unit student housing project adjacent to the University of Louisville Student Activity Center. The building was built on top of a parking garage with 183 spaces to accommodate the residents. The site also incorporated underground detention and water quality unit as part of the stormwater management system to meet the Louisville & Jefferson County Metropolitan Sewer District\u2019s stormwater quality and runoff requirements.<\/p>\n<\/div>
