Project Description<\/h3>\n

This 19.9 acre site is an eixsitng development that has been partially demolished and re- built. A large multi-tenant run down building was demolished for a 269 unit, 5 building apartment complex. Complete with 1 st floor garages and a high end outdoor pool, this adds high end living to restaurants and office buildings on the overall site. A 127 room hotel was constructed and parking re- distributed to add short term stays to the complex. A new strip center with 3 tenants complete a row of retail along Hurstbourne Parkway. This mixed use development now houses several restaurants, a hotel, office space, retail space, and high end apartments to fit everyone\u2019s working and living needs.<\/p>\n<\/div>
