This multifamily development of 198 units was built on 27.78 acres just off Dixie Highway. The 9 building complex of 2-3 story units included a playground area and wrap around an existing pond. Existing wetlands and steep slopes we constructed around as well to help preserve a secluded natural feel to a complex just off a busy major road.
